The iMellan GmbH was founded by Melanie Wild-Schleiffelder and Angelika Szac-Fidrych.
Melanie’s and Angelika’s shared purpose is to guide and support leaders, organisations and individuals through their transformation journeys.
Both have worked in number of industries and organisations many years. They have been working in these transformation driven dynamic environments, under changing economical conditions, in new organisations and transitioning operating models. They have seen and driven the rise of digital transformation, lean process engineering and disruptive business models.
They worked with leaders, their teams and individuals in need of clear strategy, holistic view and right evidence – as well as a positive change mindset and resilient (team) morale.
Eventually, they decided to join forces. Together they are a synergetic powerhouse – always in the middle of the heat with the people they work with, facing and dealing with situations as they are (and never taking things for granted ), down to the point and solid in their approach and solution.
